Namely such conflicts (more precisely, undeveloping eternal bloody are the eternal first phases) are typical for people, whosesoever intellectual, communicative, cultural level allows to negotiate and search the ways of increase of scarce resource or alternative less scarce new. They can be named antagonistic.

A man besides necessities have interests and , that complicates the model of conflict, but deprives him . And if in in the total force and win one and fear and instinct of self-preservation other, then prospect of human conflicts — in victory of reason and ability to communicate.

However much civilizations developed, a resource deficit never can be overcame fully, and all necessities and interests neither before, neither now nor in the future it is impossible it will be to satisfy fully. That is why a man was forced to describe on your own priorities which we now name the valued orientations.

So, a necessity is an objective need of subject (man, organization, task force) in anything necessary for maintenance of his vital functions. Necessities need a subject for his existence, development and come forward the source of his activity. The dissatisfied necessity results in death (physical, intellectual or social).

There are different variants of classification of necessities of man. In obedience to one of the most acknowledged classifications (on And. Maslou) of persons explained satisfaction of necessities, ranged in a pyramid from five levels:

• physiological necessities;

• necessities of safety;

• necessities of belonging and involvement;

• necessities of confession and self-affirmation;

• necessities of self-expression.
