The supporters of the second approaches consider a conflict the natural condition of existence of interactive people, instrument of development of organization, any association, though having destructive consequences, but on the whole and on the protracted interval not so destructive, as a consequence of liquidation of conflicts, their informative and social blockade. Similar approach was always in a mathematical game theory (adopted so by virtue of historical reasons of arising out of attempts of research of games, it is the theory of mathematical models of acceptance of optimum decisions in the conditions of conflicts, and both term a «game» and «conflict» designate a the same concept and in fact are «mathematical synonyms»). He is characteristic and for modern sociology of conflict (A.G. Zdravomyslov, E.I. Stepanov, T.S. Sulimova), social psychology (A.Ya. Antsupov, N.V. Grishina, A.I. Dontsov, Yu.m. Beetles, L.A. Petrovskaya), theory of organizational development and, certainly, general theory of conflict. At such approach all transferred disciplines fully correlate between itself (basic determinations, postulates), that allows conclusions in one to apply for theoretical constructions in other, saving a scientific strictness, plenitude and uncontradiction. Korreliruemost' is especially important, if to take into account that a game theory actively developed as early as XVIII and XIX вв. before most sciences, engaged in today conflicts (and its origin as mathematical discipline take besides to the letter of Paskalya to Farm from July, 29, 1654, which it is accepted to consider beginning and theories of chances), but here determination of conflict on a game theory enters into contradiction with all theoretical models of the first approaches.
